Information
|
|
General
|
- Some of the
displayed pages and forms in this site
require Adobe Acrobat Reader linked
to your browser. If you do not have
this FREE program, click
here (you must be connected
to the internet) for download and installation
instructions. See "Printing"
below for additional information about
printing forms and pages on this site.
- Navigating
within this web site is accomplished
by "rollover" navigation buttons,
text links, and images with instructions.
- "Rollover"
buttons are navigation tools which change
appearance when the cursor is moved
over the button. The cursor will change
to a "pointing hand" and if
"clicked" will navigate to
the new page or open a new browser window.
- Navigating
via text links is consistent throughout
the site. Text that is"red
and underlined" is a navigation
link. The cursor will change to a "pointing
hand", a "tool tip" will
be displayed, and if "clicked"
will navigate to a new page or open
a new browser window.
- Navigating
via images with instructions is the
same as navigating with text links only
the whole image is the active link.
|
|
Display
|
- This site
was developed to best display on a monitor
with 800 X 600 pixel screen resolution
with High Color (16 bit). Monitors which
are set to other specifications will
display the information of the site
but not necessarily in the format originally
intended
- This site
was tested
using Internet Explorer, Ver 6.02, and
not on other browsers. The use of the
latest edition of other browsers should
provide similar results.

Printing
|
- Every
page in this site may be printed and
used for personal use. Where necessary,
proper authorship is indicated.
- Printing
of forms, reports, letters, etc., from
this site falls into two categories,
namely "html" documents and
"pdf" documents. URL pages
ending in ".html"
are documents which may be printed directly from
your browser using the File Menu selections
of "Print", "Print Preview", and "Page
Setup" as you would with a word
processor document. URL pages ending
in ".pdf" are documents which
require the Adobe Reader. After the
reader application is open on your desktop
use the save, print, and review options
on the menu bar
of the reader.
- Printing
".html" pages from your browser
can often result in the loss of information
if your print margins are not set wide
enough for all data. Using "Print
Preview" from the File Menu
of your browser will assist you
in determining if all text/image information
displayed on a page will be printed.
Problems normally appear at the right
margin for text/images may be truncated
if the "Left" and "Right"
margins remain set at default values.
It is recommended that you set your
print margins (File Menu - Page Setup)
between 0.5" and 0.75"
in the "Top", "Bottom",
"Right", and "Left"
margins and check "Print Preview"
before executing the "Print"
command.
